The room was small and dreary, and the heater in the room was too warm and difficult to adjust.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its convenient location next to the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, taking care of our luggage when we arrived early. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent, and there was even a cupboard to store our belongings. Despite not having the chance to try the breakfast, the restaurant looked promising.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, providing a variety of options for dining and shopping. the rooms are small but well-equipped, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities such as a hairdryer, kettle, and WiFi.
There were some issues with the room allocation for larger groups, as mentioned in one of the reviews. It seems that the hotel failed to provide the requested bedding arrangements, resulting in inconvenience and extra charges for the guests.

The staff was able to communicate with me in English and the quality of amenities like shampoo and toilet paper was great. Despite the small room, it was perfectly formed and had everything I needed. The WiFi was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering its prime location near the train station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and visiting attractions like Ueno Zoo. The staff were fantastic, providing excellent service and attention to detail. The basic amenities in the room were exactly as shown in the pictures, which was a relief. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of Japanese and Western options.
This hotel exceeded my expectations and I have no complaints.
